THE COFFEE CLUB SERVES UP A DOUBLE…AGAIN!
Saturday 16th November 2013 will go down as a night to remember as The Coffee Club New Zealand once again reigned supreme at the 2013/14 Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Auckland.
For the 2nd year running, TCCNZ was named the Supreme Franchise System of the Year. In the judges’ words:
“The Coffee Club is a sound franchise system which truly sets the benchmark. They have taken yet another step up from last year with further development in their approaches to understand and respond to customers. They have also clearly taken on board previous feedback to continuously improve their business systems and reporting and have used it to further grow their franchise system. The Coffee Club’s approach to align the strategy, structures and processes in their business is approaching ‘role model’ level.”
It was the 3rd consecutive year that TCCNZ won their category being named the Food and Beverage Franchise System of the Year.
The accolades didn’t stop there. Our inspirational model franchisee The Coffee Club Bethlehem was named the Supreme Franchisee of the Year for the 2nd year running. In the judges’ words:
“The Coffee Club Bethlehem continues to be a standout franchisee. They maximise the strong business systems and reporting information of their franchise system. They combine this with a comprehensive understanding of their customer base and innovative approaches to customer relationships. Operating in a small and competitive environment, the attention to detail of The Coffee Club Bethlehem is second to none and is a deserving winner for the second year in a row.”
It was also the 2nd consecutive year that TCC Bethlehem won their category being named the Food and Beverage Franchisee of the Year. Congratulations to Ivy Joe and her team at TCCBethlehem. They continue to inspire us by showing us how rewarding it can be to get involved in the local community and provide Good Food, Great Service and Excellent Coffee to every last customer that walks through their door.
We’re grateful to everyone in our dedicated TCCNZ family for helping us achieve this wonderful recognition. The biggest thanks, however, goes out to each and every one of our customers across this great land of the long white cloud. Without you all, none of this would be possible.
