The Coffee Club New Zealand proudly supports organisations and groups that endeavour to enrich and educate the community. Our sponsorship commitments are spread across a variety of organisations.
At a local level, our franchisees are actively involved with charities and communitiy groups in their own regions - raising funds and supporting or sponsoring community events and initiatives.
Our calendar is planned well in advance to ensure communications between our franchisees, corporate office team members, beneficiaries, and other associations are aware of our commitment on an annual basis. For details on how to submit your proposal, please see our sponsorship guidelines.

BLUE SEPTEMBER
The Coffee Club New Zealand supports ‘Blue September’ in an effort to raise monies and increase awareness of prostate cancer. During the month of Blue September, five cents (5c) from every cup of coffee sold in all of The Coffee Club stores in New Zealand will go towards The Prostate Cancer Foundation.
In September, landmarks all over the country are lit blue in support of the campaign, including Auckland’s Sky Tower, Napier’s Tom Parker Fountain and the Christchurch Art Gallery.
Throughout September, donations can be made online and New Zealanders are encouraged to go to www.blueseptember.org.nz to find out more about how they can get involved.

Since then, The Coffee Club has been involved with a number of ongoing initiatives and events organsied by KidsCan. Some of these include the Mystery Envelope Appeal, Christmas Crackers, and Kids Can Online Auctions.

CULINARY FARE
The New Zealand Culinary Fare comprises of 60 competitions, covering both kitchen and restaurant challenges. It provides a platform for hospitality participants to match themselves against their counterparts and to compete for prestigious industry awards and prizes.
Each year, with the support of many sponsors, the Restaurant Association of New Zealand hosts the New Zealand Culinary Fare. This event is presented in association with the Hospitality Standards Institute.
Over three days of competition, nearly 1000 entrants compete in what is believed to be the world's largest annual hot kitchen competition.
